"Tool" menu item under web interface grayed out

User would be unable to download any client software since the menu item "tool" is grayed out.

Also:
It would probably make more sense to rename "tool" to "Download" OR "install".

Sorry that I could not understand you well. What is "Tool" menu item under web interface? Could you please send me a screenshot?

On web interface, under the setting drop-down menu, there's a sub menu item called Tools.
It is grayed out. So you can't download any client application from there.

Hi,

It is a text title saying that the items displayed below are tools. It is not designed as a link for you to click on. Sorry that our designing caused you misunderstanding.
