Sync issues with web

Tasks added and deleted on the web platform are not syncing with my iphone app (version 3.9.16) or the desktop platform (version 4.1.9). I'm really loving the software, but this would make it unusable for me. Is there a fix?

Could you please tell any task title which can not be synced by private comments?

What is the version of your iOS? Please try to install the newest version 4.0.4: http://itunes.apple.com/cn/app/doit.im-for-iphone/id779377375?ls=1&mt=8
