Hi,

Where did you download the Mac app?

Please try the steps below:
1. Linked to GCal successfully on web version
2. Change any Preferences setting on web page,such as the Date formate
3. Manual sync on Mac version
4. Try G sync on Mac version

This stopped the error message now but I have another problem. I created a recurring item on doit.im (monthly on day 8) but I don't see anything in google calendar. I expect to see an entry in google calendar every month on day 8.

For repeated tasks, only today's and tomorrow's instances can be synchronized to Google Cal.
