Hi,
Does the reminder on windows version work correctly? After checking,we think that the problem is on web version. We will fix it ASAP.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a task on the Windows Client
2. Assign a reminder time of 16:30 on the current day
3. Synchronize
4. View the task on the web and you will see a reminder time of 15:30
The other direction:
1. Create a task on the web client
2. Assign a reminder time of 16:30 on the current day
3. Synchronize the Windows client
4. View the task and you will see a reminder time of 17:30
The timezone on my Doit.im Account is set to GMT-5 Eastern Time (US & Canada). The timezone on my local Windows computer is also set to GMT-5 Eastern Time (US & Canada). However, we are currently in Daylight Savings Time here in the US, so I am effectively in GMT-4, which I suspect is the cause of the time bug.
I have attached screenshots of my Windows timezone settings as well as my web timezone settings, in case you may find it useful.

I was not logged in to the web version when the reminder time was set to trigger. However, the reminder time seemed to be displaying correctly between the web and iPhone versions. If the issue is indeed on the web version, then it is possible that the iPhone client has the same issue. -

I realized that I forgot to answer your question in my previous quote... The Windows client did indeed pop up a reminder, but it was triggered 1 hour early. However, I had already adjusted the reminder on the web client so that it displayed correctly there. So I think it is still possible for the issue to be in the web client.
I don't know if it will be helpful, but this is how I noticed the problem:
1. Created new task in Windows Client
2. Added reminder for 16:30 the same day
3. Later, I was using reviewing some tasks using the web client for a different support ticket :)
4. I noticed the time was set to 17:30, so I changed it back to 16:30 thinking I had merely selected the wrong time
5. At 15:30, my Windows client popped up a reminder for this task
6. Thinking I had once again messed up the reminder time, I logged in to the web client to check it and saw it was set to 16:30 on the web
7. To confirm the issue, I also opened up the iPhone client and confirmed that it also showed 16:30
8. Now thinking it was a bug in the Windows client, I reproduced the issue again and opened this ticket. -
