I don't understand why the developer hasn't made the windows version consistent with the web version. There are quite a few things that are a lot more cumbersome to achieve in the windows version.

Eg Nice and easy to reschedule a task in the web version, Drop the task on schedule and a little calendar pops up and you can easily select a different date.

Windows version, you drop a task on schedule and it automatically schedules for 2 days into the future. What if I don't want to reschedule to that date??
Well then instead of the nice two step process in the web version, you have to right click the task, click edit, click schedule, then choose date every time you want to do the common task of rescheuling a task. So you have doubled the number of clicks required.

Also, comments in the Win 8 version for some reason are not copy and pastable. nor are web links clickable. What is the logic behind that?

I would like to use the Win 8 version, but it is still too buggy and annoying to use. Is there any intention to fix the above usability issues? if so, when?
