Do you mean that you want to add a tag to many tasks at the same time? Now on web version,you can batch add tasks. About batch tagging,we will consider your suggestion seriously.

@wendy_only I do have a few suggestions! One is that I could simply do a multi-select of all the tasks I want to tag and then drag them onto an appropriate tag, just like I can with Contexts or Projects or Focus.

Another is that when I have multiple tasks selected, I could right click and I'd be given a "tag" option which would open up a tag dialogue that would then apply to all selected tasks.

This is handled superbly on the Mac application, which can no doubt be done on the Windows application the same way. Not sure that will work on the Web app, but it's a starting point.
