Hello,
Thank you for your fedback.
Q1: I would love it if you could add a feature to an application where it will only alert or remind of tasks within a given profile.
A: Do you mean that you hope to track all the tasks for both work and home but not hope to get informed by the reminders you set to the tasks for work? When you are tracking tasks, will you forcus on tasks for work? If the reminder on the task for work is very important, also don't want to see it? If you don't want to see the reminder even if it is important, please take
By the way, could you please tell me how you distinguish between tasks for work and tasks for home? Later, we will introduce a new feature that makes reminders appear when you are much closer to /in a location.
Q2: I also don't want to have to establish two accounts, not for cost reasons (you're worth it!), but for convenience (don't want to log out/in).
A: If you are at home and use the home devices, you can just log into Doit.im with your account for home and there is no need to log out/in.

@michelle1987 I guess I was a little too vague, so why don't I just tell you what I have and what I want! :) I have both a person phone as well as a work phone. I have a personal laptop as well as a work laptop (both with the Doit.im native app as well as Chrome plugins per profile).
Q1: What I want is for my personal phone only to remind me about personal tasks, and my work phone to only remind me about work tasks. I don't mind seeing all of them on the device, I just don't want the popups. The easiest way I could see to do this is to have a Setting not just for reminder tone, but also to only present reminds for a given Context. For instance, I have a Work and a Home Context, I would like to have my personal phone only give me reminders for my Home Context, and my work phone to only give me reminders for my Work Context. Imagine the annoyance of when I'm near my two phones and my two laptops and all four alert me about the same task(s) all at the same time.
Geo-fencing is a neat idea, but not only is this harder to implement by it also is more of a battery drain. Cool feature, I simply don't enable it for any of the applications I use for performance and battery life issues. YMMV!
Q2: Point is, I don't want two accounts. I only want to be alerted within a given context.
Bonus: If I could set up alerts for only certain Contexts, Tags, Projects and Goals...that would be amazing! :)
I hope this helps!! -

Sorry for my late reply.
1. Reminders popping up or not can depend on contexts. We will consider it.
2. We will try to make location based reminders realized sooner. Hope you will like it.
3. Alerts for only certain Contexts, Tags, Projects and Goals, we will also consider it.
