I've just purchased a 12 month subscription to Doit.im, primarily as this was the only way to see what the Pro version was like running on a Windows PC. However, it doesn't really fit my needs as I want to be able to see the subtasks as visibly indented items of the parent task, not just an icon showing that a task has subtasks.
How to I go about obtaining a refund?

Please click on the subtask icon on the task bar. You will see the subtask list in the pop up window.

I've just registered and got a 30-days pro account. Will there be any free functionality in this service/apps after that test period?

Hi,

Mac and Windows apps are only for Pro account. Other apps all have free version. After the test period,you still can use the free version apps. Free version and Pro version are the same app. But you will not able to use the Pro features.
