I would like to be able to repeat tasks on a certain day of the week each month. For example:

Repeat every month on the second Friday

This will repeat on:

Friday 11 July 2014
Friday 8 August 2014

This is important for tasks that can only be done on a certain day of the week, but only once a month. It means sometimes there are 4 weeks and sometimes 5 weeks in between.
