It appears as though your mail server checks for domain validity when it receives a forwarded task. My company email has always failed this check, and so I'm unable to forward tasks to Doit from my work, which is more often than not where my tasks originate.

I'm going to paste the message from the rejection email below in a private message. Can you advise if there is something you can do to remedy this? My company's domain is very much valid.
