Blackberry 10 Android App via Amazon App store?

Will it be possible to create an Blackberry 10 compatible Android app that can be published in the Amazon App store? The upcoming OS version of Blackberry 10 due for this fall will have the Amazon Appstore. Assuming a native app is not coming of course.
