Can't install latest windows client. The prior version was installed.

Please assist asap, the installer removed the prior working version. I really need this. I do not have any issues with the Android or web versions. Installer log enclosed. I have a Pro account.

Hi,

Do you mean that you can not install the new windows app or the update failed?

We will check the log and please try to download the app and install it manually:

It was both, upgrade or manual install. I cleaned the old bits of the prior version out of my files and registry and was able to successfully install the latest version. Case closed, thank you...
