Will this feature be developed soon ? This app is a great tool but I don't use much reminders & dated tasks so I don't really need this top menu bar icon (on Mac)

You can turn it off in the android settings!
I use it regularly so I have it turned on, but you can go to settings > apps > doit.im and uncheck "show notifiactions" to turn off the permanent quck-add notification.

Oh, but I just saw you're not using android ;). hehe good luck.
