Hi,
It seems that the account which you are using on the Phone app is different from the one you log in on your web version.
Do you log in with Google on both of them? Please make sure that you log in with the same account. When you log in web version,you can use the same user information on the iPhone app.
Please go to Settings page on the phone and web, then tell me the account showed on the account information page by private comments.

iPhone and Web not synced
I recently had the email address on my account changed to a NON Gmail account - my iPhone and the web are not syncing. I tried logging out of the account on my phone and using the new email address, but it only allows for Gmail accounts. Also, the tasks email address shown on the web and my phone are different.
