If yes, then what is the frequency of syncing?
Can I select or change the frequency of syncing?
Thanks,
Sudipta.

Thanks for the quick response and valuable information.
I do not like the manual options to refresh since I tend to forget whether I have made any change in one platform. Hence I am looking for automating the refreshing part as stated below.
1. Web Version: I have installed auto refresher add-on for Chrome called "Auto Refresh Plus"
2. Android Version: Can I use Tasker Android Application to trigger the "Sync" command? This would help me schedule the syncing as per my requirement. Also I do not always keep Mobile Data On. Hence I can use Tasker to turn on the Mobile Data, run the Sync command and then turn off Mobile Data after 1 minute. Is this possible? For example using a Tasker Plugin to call the sync method from Tasker.
3. Windows Version: Can a command line parameter be added just to initiate the sync operation? Then I can schedule to run the sync operation using the command line parameter in the Windows Task Scheduler as per my requirement.
Thank you
Sudipta.
