Separation lines spaces inside task notes

Hi there.
In Web app, I have long observed that the notes within the tasks, apply a double space between lines ago, I think it's quite annoying, because it adds unnecessary scroll.

Attached is a screenshot with the note doit aside, and across from the original source capture, email des from which the job was submitted.

I would like to repair this, because then I have to edit the text of the note in doit, eliminating the extra space.

Oh! the email source is Outlook i supose is in RTF format because the options of formatting text are actives.
In my company, the emails are signed with editable text option.
If when I send an email to a customer or supplier will remove the formatting only to forward to doit and appears correct, my superiors asked me why I deleted the text format?

Would it be possible to automate the conversion to txt post notes to tasks appear correctly?

@wendy_only i testing ... sending email with txt format, apply one space between lines. i think is interesting convert rtf texts to txt for no editing manualy :)
