bug in reminder settings in Windows

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.22

Hi,

Today I setted up reminder using windows application to 15:00. On web app the reminder is set to 14:00 and also my android phone rang on 14:00.
(The start time and deadline is correctly set though 16:00 on all platforms - therefore I assume bug in reminder settings)

Hi,

Is it the first time that you find this problem? Does only one task have this issue or all tasks?

Please check the time zone of your PC. It will help us much if you could make a screenshot or tell me the task title by private comments.
