Sync problem with Doit.im V4 for iPhone

Platform:iPhoneVersion:4.2

I'm considering a move from OmniFocus to Doit.im and I'm therefore currently testing the web interface and the iOS apps.

While syncing with V3.9.16 works perfectly, I'm not able to sync my data using V4.2. None of my projects or tasks show up in the iPhone app even after I attempt to sync manually. What could be the problem?

Also, when will V4 for iPad be released?

Hi,

Do you mean that the data can be synced successfully between the web version and the iPhone V3.9.16?

Could you see all the box information on the left pane? If convenient to you,please make a screenshot and send it to me by Private comments.

Did you ever try to restart the app?

Please check the sync log in the settings page on iPhone V4.2.

We have the plan to release V4 for iPad. But it will not be done soon. We are still designing it now.

Correct, the data is properly synced between the web version and iPhone V3.9.16.

I tried restarting the app, and also reinstalling it.

According to the sync log, the most recent sync succeded. However, no data is show. No projects, no tasks.

Exactly what is it you want me to take a screen shot of?

Hi,

There was a bug that the box name in Focus data on the left pane will not be showed when log in. I want to make sure if you also have this problem.

We will check this issue further.
