Hi,

My pro account is ending now and I still miss the export feature. The most important tasks and GTD managers like Nirvana, Evernote, Todoist, Wunderlist etc.. do offer this option.

Is there any chance that Doit implements this feature?

I'm going to decide if I renew mi account this week and I would like a particular idea of your plans about this issue to make my decision.

I would also like to add my voice to this request.

To avoid any kind of lock-in and just give users peace of mind, it's an important feature.

I would think that at the very least an export to a big Html file should be feasible.

Hi @woutercox, I stopped using my pro account (second year) because of the lack of this feature.
I only will consider comming back when they implement the export feature.
(In the meantime I'll be using doit competitors and who knows, maybe someday I will forget doit)

I'm using Wunderlist as follows:

1) Next and wainting: Overdue tasks in the today folder
2) Next and waiting Urgent/Important: Starred overdue tasks in the today foldel
3) Someday: Deadline 01.01.21000
4) Context: Tasks in the same list have normaly similar contexts. For example for Errands I have 2-3 lists called Errands presents, Errands christmas etc...

In the today folder I can see all the task I can do now, grouped by list. The starred ones are those that I sould do first. It's simpler thant pure GTD but I think this is the advantage.

Reference items have no deadlines.

Wunderlist has an export feature and a printing feature.

@eddyheist, first I tried to use Evernote (combined with ideas from "The secret weapon" and Davids Allen Guide for Evernote. Evernote is better than Wunderlist in capture features, but I finally discarted Evernote because data sorting by deadline and smart folder (like today) in Wunderlist are much more powerfull.

I've finallly found a better way to handle GTD with the new app I'm using.
However, if doit develops a correct export feature I'll seriously consider comming back.

@wendy_only, regarding the tasks I can't delete, these tasks are different the ones I managed to delete.

However, I've definitely left because of your lack of export feature.It's simply unacceptable for a tool that targets managers and business people.
