We are considering this feature now. Now you can copy the task title on the web version by right clicking. Or you can make the task repeat to get one copy.

I would also like to be able to not only copy a task but to make a task template. Many times I have a task which has several subtasks to complete before the main task can be set complete. It is a waste of time to regenerate all the subtasks. If there was a Task template which could be duplicated I would think that would be a useful function.
