Hi,

Please help me confirm the steps:
1. Ticked off the reminder me options
2. Click on the Save button, and the reminder me options are checked off
3. Click on the Return to task button
4. Back to Setting page
5. You find that nothing has changed

When I do the steps before,I found the options are checked off. Did you do the same as what I describe?

I have the same problem. I have swithced off plan & review remainders long time ago and they never bothered me. Recently remainders started to pop-up. I went to preferences -> plan & review, ticked off all checkboxes and pressed Save -> "Preferences modified successfully". Next day I see remainder again. Switch it off again, press Save, "success". Next day - new remainder...

After pressing Save button I switch to Account Info preferences tab, switch back to Plan & Review and checkboxes are ON again.

I have the same problem. Unchecking works, saving "works", but if you switch tabs in the preferences and go back, the two are checked again.

Did you both switched off plan & review remainders on web version? Could you please tell me which browser do you use and the version number?

@wendy_only They are now unchecked for me, and I don't believe I've seen any prompt today (it's 9:56am and it used to pop up 9:00am), so I do believe the issue is solved. :)
