I agree it would be very nice just to "expand" the task in the list, and then see the subtasks listed on separate lines below the task, a bit indented.

Q: The sub task should be viewable from the main task screen. either in the same frame or in a small popup window.
A: It has been in our developing plan to make it possible to view the sub task from the main task screen. We have add this feature to Mac and windows version. It is in a small popup window.

@Folke I approve your design. I don't like that any sub task icon and needed to click. Sub Task icon will miss and forgot.
