I lost access to program after update it

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.26

Hi ! Today there was the window about update the program . I clicked it and after update the program to version 4.1.26 I don't have access to Doit . I thought it was a problem sort of "wrong password" , so I've tried two times to change password, but I still can't launch programm . After I launch , it says "Network Error."

Please help me !
