The easiest way to do that would be if you did not have to fiddle with the dates at all, just star them for your attention and then leave them starred, visible both on the today list and on the next/waiting list, for as long as you like, just like in most other apps. Nothing really to do with time or dates. Nothing to postpone.

In the task list, you can long touch on one task bar to select all of them and change the start time to Tomorrow at one time.
