Which version do you point to?
For web version.:
To add a new goal, click on the '+' icon at the bottom of the left-side menu and select "New Goal". In the dialogue that pops up, you can add a new goal.

I dont understand your item "goals" in left menu, if i click on "goals", show me "Great, no goals left here!", so i click on + "Add new", write some text to Tittle and press on Save. But not created in goals, and still i see "Great, no goals left here!", how this fuction work? how can add goals?
