Sort tasks when grouping it in the today view

In the today view, when I group by deadline (for example), I'd like to sort my tasks by priority.
Is it possible?

As an alternative, I tried to use the filter feature, but there tasks with no deadline do not appear.

Te best would be to be able to sort (group and then sort) directly in the "today view".

Could you help me please?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

In Today view, when you group by deadline, the tasks are sorted by Start time - Priority - Deadline - Update time. For tasks which have the same start time, high priority tasks will be showed before the lower priority tasks.

Do you mean that you want the task which starts at 10:00 with high priority to be showed before the task which starts at 8:00 with low priority in Today view?

I would like this for 'All day' tasks. Most of the time I don't want to schedule task into an exact time and would rather order the 'All day' tasks.

Totally agree with you @wendy_only when you have tasks that are not "all day tasks".

As @jch254 explains, all day tasks should better appear by priority

Hi,

All day tasks have the same Start time. So they will be sorted by Priority when you group the tasks by deadline.

Now all date day tasks with the same start time do not sppear sorted by priority in the today box.

Do you mean that the will appear sorted by priority in the future?

Hi,

Task list with different group by options and in different group has different sorting rule. When you group the list by Start time, the tasks under All Day group are sorted by Context - Priority - Update time.

You could easily find the tasks with the same context and do them at the same time to save time.

If the context is telephone,you could see all the tasks under telephone context and select the right tasks to do at the same time.
