Different Boxes and different "group by" will make the list have different sorting.
In Today,when you group by Context,the task list will sorting by 1.Start time,2.Priority,3.Deadline,4.Update time.

I do actually need sort by priority at any list

Could you please tell me why? It is 10:00 AM, and if you must do something at 10:00 AM ,such as go to airport, you also want to see the high priority task on the top of the list?

In project list, the tasks are grouped by Boxes. Do you mean that you want to sort them in all Boxes by priority?

Boxes are Next, Scheduled, Completed, are not it? I need sort by priority in Next or group by priority instead of grouping by Boxes. I think it's very helpfull.
