Seems like I missed step 4.5: Leave comment on Task
1. Using Web UI create a Task at Scheduled with reminder set;
2. Assign Task to some contact;
3. Add yourself to contacts (using your registered email);
4. Reassign forwarded Task to yourself (it is possible only if you present in your contacts);
5. Try to login with android (4.0 tested) into app.
After these steps, my android client shows "You have 255 notifications" alert in taskbar and goes into endless loop at login. Clicking to alert (sometimes, mostly UI hangs) shows Notifications window with same items "Me: volax leaves comment to your task...". Cleaning up notifications does nothing - they fills up again and again.

Do you mean that you can add yourself as your contact on web version?
You'd better not add yourself as your contacts and send task to yourself.

Yes, web UI allowed me to add myself.
I needed to move forwarded task back to me; adding myself to contacts looked like the only possibility to do so...
BTW, I can't start android version with internet enabled on the device.
It starts ok in offline mode, but Notifications list is full of messages, and I can't clean them all: cleaning full page (256 messages or so) gives me another full page, and it's continues "forever"...
Are android notifications stored on server or locally? Can you help me to clean them?
Or maybe suggest how to clean on the device (or connected PC) using third-part tools?

P.S.: I have deleted "problem" task using Web UI and deleted myself from contacts, so new notifications should not be generated sporadically. So, I need to only clean existent notifications -

Could you please try to delete the existent notifications on web version?
We can not reproduce this problem. We could not add ourselves on all versions. It is not allowed. Could you help us test it if you could add yourself to your contact now?

About app: I've cleared all notifications in the Web UI (also, alot of them) and they doesn't appear any more.
But android notifications appear separately, it looks like exist a separate queue of them, and I'll continue to receive them while this queue will run out of items.
I have trying to clear app data, uninstall it and install again -- messages appears right after first logon into 'fresh' installed app again.
That's why I suggested that there is a separate message queue for mobile app, and researching the way to clean it...
About adding myself: Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce adding myself by myself now, looks like it fixed for a moment (But, IMHO, it's not a bad idea to allow such behavior in the future! ;) ).

I've found a string in logcat output:
09-19 18:12:29.441 D/DOITIM (16047): doit api start download, url : https://api.doit.im/api/4/pull?usn=84918&length=512
Trying to request URL https://api.doit.im/api/4/pull?usn=0&length=512 gets me the count of items available (authenticating with my Doit username/password).
Most important output is: "usn": 4608, "max_usn": 3291421. So, the bug creates more than 3 millions erroneous comments.
It looks impossible to load such number of items to the phone..
(Output for request: https://api.doit.im/api/4/pull?usn=84918&length=65536 in the attached zip file.)
So, my questions:
1. Is it possible to delete those erroneous comments by API call or with your help? I don't use comments at all, maybe you can help to delete _all_ comments for my account?
2. If comments' deleting is impossible, can I move to new account, export/import tasks and delete old account? Is it possible to move PRO status ;) ?
