No sound, only vibrate reminder

Hi,

When a reminder goes off it only vibrates, no sound is played. It looks like everything is setup just fine. See upload.
How can I fix this?

The reminder sound follows the the sound of the Phone. How do you set it for your phone?

I have the same problem. Maximum volume of notifications on the device but no sound , only vibration. Android version 4.3.

Problem solved! It was a conflict between the phone system settings and the app settings!
