FWIW, I have a mapping between a "modified Covey" (3 x 3 instead of 2 x 2) and Doit's Priority:
At least one of Importance and Urgency is High, and the other one is at least Medium: Set High Priority
Both Importance and Urgency are Medium: Set Medium Priority (this is my "default" unless I decide otherwise)
At least one of Importance or Urgency is Low: Set Low Priority
I actually like this one-dimensional coding, and I fear it might be too much work and visual impressions for me to have separate indicators for Importance and Urgency. But it would be interesting to try.
Covey quadrants
I would love a (preferably visual) option to arrange all projects (maybe even tasks) according to coveys quadrants (with te urgent and important axis).
This will help me to focus even better on the right things and have a visual reminder to boring more of what I do to the right quadrant and not do the things in the wrong quadrants.
Keep up the good work. i would be lost without doit.
