Hi,
Here is the ping. No problem there... and I still can't log in. I don't use any proxy. The only thing I use, that could of give a problem would be Bitdefender antivirus. But Everything was working Ok, even with Bitdefender on. But after last update everything went wrong...

And how can I get into settings, if actually my main problem is that I can't sign into the application? I can't even start doit.im in my computer. That's exactly why I'm asking how to get it. I know it's in settings, but I can't get into settings...

Sorry for taking such a long time, but I've been very busy with work. It finally worked. I installed the version you sent me, it asked for an upgrade, I said yes and it's working again. Should I save a copy of the software you sent? In case it fails again should I install your version once again?
I'm giving a course in GTD between December and January for a company in Mexico. I'm planning on recommending your software to my clients. Do you handle any discount? Is there a special treat for recommending your software?
