Hello,
You know, each device has its distinguished features, and it's hard to keep them completely consistent. But we will try to. And now are redesigning the app.
Here, on the iPhone, you can also choose times relatives to the start time if the task you are editing is not an all-day task.
In addition, on the all platforms, you can add up to five reminders to a single task. You said, "I have also noticed that web site will only let you add two reminders per task while the other formats will let you add more than two (haven't tried more than 3 yet)". Do you mean that it is not allowed to add the third reminder when there are two reminders already? Could you please describe the steps in detail?
Here is a video about settings reminders on the Web version/ Hope it could help.

Thank you for your feedback and support.
Different reminder options across each platform?
I am currently evaluating the web, Windows, iPhone and Mac versions of your software. Overall I have to say that I really like the software. I have noticed that there seems to be some differences in the reminder options across the different platforms. For instance, the web format lets you choose times relative to the start date (ex. 10 mins before) but the iPhone, Mac & Windows appear to only let you choose a specific date and time for a reminder. I have also noticed that web site will only let you add two reminders per task while the other formats will let you add more than two (haven't tried more than 3 yet). These are just observations for your development team. I do wonder if there is one format that is the "flagship" format that others work towards or if they are all independent of each other without one that sets the consistency standard?

Thank you for the reply! I watched the video you mentioned and figured out how to add multiple alarms with the web interface.
