Does it happen every time you save the task after you edit a task or create a new task?

@wendy_only It happens every time I open a task in a dialogue box, whether I save or not. Once it's open I cannot get it to close. Have tried Escape key, pressing Cancel, pressing Save, clicking outside it etc..

I'm using Windows Internet Explorer 9 Version: 9.0.8112.16421 Update Versions: 9.0.31 (KB2977629) Cipher Strength: 256-bit

In fact this issue is true of any dialogue box (see attached screen shot). As soon as a dialogue box appears, it will not go away and I have to restart the website.

Getting panicky, will have to decide what to do soon because I use this software all day so am effectively paralysed!
