Task reminders when created in windows are shown 1 hour earlier on Android/Web

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.1.28

Hi,

I have created a new task and set the reminder to start time on Windows version 4.1.28
However on Android when the task syncs it is showing reminder of 1 hour ahead.

My Windows PC and Android are both on same time and in same time zone (GMT + DST)

I have checked there is no setting for DST on either Windows or Android version.

Can you please check?
