Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
Sorry that it is a bug that Doit Now tasks are not showed at the top of the today list. We will fix it.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
That would be extremely helpful! Doit Now tasks are already ones that I've decided are important and are what I should be focusing on, so being able to be reminded of those at a glance would be extremely useful.
Thank you!

How do I activate the Today widget? I have it enabled in the Doit app settings, and my Control Center is also enabled, and so are Notifications for the Doit app. What else is required? (I do have the latest iOS.)
It would be nice to be able to try it. But I also have another question: What is the purpose of the Today widget? It takes one swipe to open the control center. It takes one tap to open the Doit app. So what is the advantage? (Maybe that I could open it without "logging in" with my PIN?) -

Hi,
You could choose the way which is convenient to you. Here is a blog introducing the Today View Widget for iOS8.

Yes, I read about the possible customizations and would like to try it. But as I said, the widget does not even show up, not even with its default settings. What else is required? -

Hi,
Please try to close all widgets and reopen them to have a try.
Could you please tell me the OS version of your iPhone if convenient to you?
Best regards,

You wrote "... try to close all widgets ...".
I am not sure I understand. Are there many widgets? Where? What I did try to do was close the Today Widget by entering the Doit app's settings, then entering the specific settings for the Today Widget, and then turning off the first switch. Then I left the settings, returned later, entered settings and turned the switch back on again. No effect.
I have iOS 8.1 -

@Kemelian
I found what was the problem in my case. I needed to explicitly enable Doit in iOS. Like this:
Swipe down to open the Today screen. Scroll down to the bottom. Tap the Change button. You will then see a list of possible apps etc that are either enabled or disabled. If Doit is listed among the disabled ones, just tap to enable it. -
