Do you mean that you can not open it by clicking on the icon in the system tray? Could you see Doit.im running when you open the task manager?
Could you please send me the local logs to me by private comments? The default path is: C:\Users\Wendy\AppData\Roaming\Doit.im\bin\logs
Note: Change " Wendy" to your own PC username

hotkey problem

I paid for the program ($20 pro) and installed it on my Windows 7 computer. I get an error message about hotkeys. If I close the program, I can't open it again unless I uninstall it and reinstall it.
