Refund
I paid for this software. It won't work. I have asked for help. I have not received it. I understood that there was a 30 trial period during which I could get a refund if it did not like the product. I do not like it. I want my refund. How do I proceed?

@wendy_only The program won't open. I have uninstalled and installed it two times. I have the shortcut on my desktop and the shortcut pinned to my task bar. When I double click on them, nothing happens. I received a notice that were was a "hotkey" problem. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
