App badge for overdue tasks only updates when app is (re)opened?
I'm new to Doit - been trialling it for a few days.
I was using Doit.im HD, version 3.9.16, and I've been having issues with the 'Overdue' task badge. When a task is overdue, the badge does not automatically update, like it does on the Apple Reminders app. Instead I have to open Doit before the badge updates. I downloaded 3.9.20 yesterday but the issue remains.
Is this normal? I hope not, as I would expect the badge to be a basic feature and its frustrating having to open Doit to check if I've missed anything.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am on iOS 6, so can't try 4.4.1. I'm liking Doit so far, and it would be a shame to have to stop using it because of a badge problem, like I did with IQTELL.
Any idea when this issue can be fixed?
Thanks. -

@DarkTunde
Hi,
Sorry for this issue. iOS 6 does not support this feature syncing when the app is in background. So the old version can not update automatically if you do not open the app.
