How to Add Tasks via Email? (PRO User)

Hi, I recently upgraded to the PRO version but one of the things I'm still unsure of us is how to add tasks via email.

It says that the PRO version supports this but I don't see how to do it. I want to be email to send an email to myself or other person that becomes a task in DoIt.
