I have good improvement for you. Cca 3 moths ago my account and payment expiry. Negative expirens it was that I absolutely didn't know that my account expiry.
I have two options for solve that.
1) you send mail before the period, when account expiry
2) you customizing do.it in order to before period it creates task including highest priority with information that owner will have to pay for extended his account or he can't use any features.
I'm sure that option 2) is bast good way :-). It is very important for your business,because this improvement provides the moneny on time :-)..
