@wendy_only Good morning. Im afraid I have the same problem. I have already refresh the page, even clean the cache and it is still not working.
I have tried it in Explorer 11 and Chrome.

Hey, I have sent an email to your inbox. It seems to be successful, would you please refresh your webpage and check the inbox for me?
Besides, would you tell me what is your version of Chrome? -

I am a new Pro user. I'm sending emails to my inbox from gmail, they are in my Sent Items in gmail with the correct Doit account email address in the To: field, but I do not receive anything in my inbox!
Thank you. -

@PTKen Hi there, you should send tasks to your task mailbox. Each Pro user has his task mailbox. You can send, forward, Cc email to it and then the email will become a task in Doit.im Inbox. The email subject becomes the task title and the body becomes the description. An email with a blank subject will not be converted to a task into Inbox. @Linjiani Thank you for the reply. I understand all that. I send the email but nothing shows up. I verified that gmail did send the message, the email address was correct (taken from my Doit account, and I have both synced and reloaded Doit, but still nothing in the inbox.

It looks like my emails finally showed up in my inbox. So now that I know this is working, how much time does it take to process an incoming email? When I posted my problem yesterday, it had already been almost an hour since I sent the tests and still nothing in the inbox. Is this normal?
Thanks. -

It normally does not seem to take that long for me, but i do tend to get duplicates every so ofen (no big deal, though)

Almost four hours now since I sent the last email and still is not showing in my inbox. That will be fairly unusable for me in many cases...

Definitely something wrong now. I sent a test mail when i saw your post, and I still have not received it. It has been 16 minutes already adn still nothing.
I never measured this before. It is always a bit slow, but not this slow. I'd say one minute would be the typical delay. -

Almost 5.5 hours since I sent my last test. Nothing in the inbox.

One minute would be fine. A few minutes would be fine. This seems like there is a problem.

@PTKen Agreed. Same issue with my account.

As noted in my first email, I did reload doit and still nothing. I sent an email yesterday afternoon and today it is still not there on the web page and also on mobile.

@PTKen Hi there, the problem has been fixed now. Please resend a task to your task mailbox to check.

@Linjiani Thank you. It appears to work very well now. My test showed up in less than two minutes, which is about what I expect. Thank you.
