I notice that you state that one advantage of paying and upgrading to pro is priority support. I have now been waiting for 24 hours for a reply to my request to mass delete several hundred tasks.
Can you please advise if, as a pro user, I am being unreasonable in at least expecting an acknowledgement of my problem within 24 hours?
