Gonkovic, would such a report really be able to show you what you want to know? What is it that you actually want to know? I'd be curious to learn if there is something I have missed.
For example, if you see that 100 tasks have been checked off, how do you know if that is good or bad? Wouldn't that depend on the difficulty of each task?
Wouldn't you know intuitively whether you have been efficient and and effective, even without any form of "measurement"?
I never use the performance reports we already have. I do not know how to make sense of the information in them. But if someone could convince me of their merits I might reconsider.
