When you can not sign in on iPad, please try to log in your account on web version on your iPad to have a check.

Sorry I am just now getting around to getting back to you.
We have a brand new ipad, version 8.1.2 (12B440) Model 786B/B
i cannot do a screen grab right now. it just says signing in, then downloading data, then the message goes away and I am left on the login screen where i have entered my user name and password.
I use the web version all the time on my laptop and it's fine.

We guess that the network you use with your iPad could not connect to our server.
Could you please try to change a network?
Does your PC use the same network?

yes, it is the same network in my home, but also works when out in public. I can use doit fine on my home machine.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in to the website with my iPad and the program is running fine on my Mac and on my iPhone. My iPad wasn't working correctly (not updating) so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now it says it is downloading data and then goes back to the sign in screen.

I am still having this same exact problem, it is not the network as I can log into the web version no problem, but not on the app. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and still does not work. Am getting quite annoyed about this now as I do not have time to mess around with this. Please advise. Also, have tried both mainland and international server, international seems to accept login and password, but then just sits on the screen instead of opening doit. Mainland says invalid password. Hello I have tried again and installed the new version you mention I assume the latest on app Stor for iPad. Now it says downloading data, but now say data load fail or something like that if it is helpful.
