When you successfully add it to your Chrome, there will be a "Add to Doit.im" button in an email.

I am not seeing the "Add to Doit.im" button on both Chrome OS and Mac after adding the app from Chrome web Store.

The "Add to Doit.im" button appears when you viewing an email. (See in the attach file)

After you successfully add Doit.im extension to Chrome, do you see the "Doit.im" icon next to the address bar? Please first make sure if you have logged into Doit.im extension. If you have, please right click the "Doit.im" icon and select "Options". Then take a screenshot of the page that comes up and send it to us.
