Clickable phone number links in android

Hi,

Is it possible to enter a phone number in the description field of a task so that you can just click on it from a smartphone in order to make the call?

I recall this used to be possible on iPhone, but I recently switched to Android and I don't know how to get this done.

Hi,
I vote for that feature as well. It's awful that such basic tasks such as clicking on a link or a phone number are not working on Android. You have to copy the link / phone number and paste them into an appropriate app.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

It has been in our developing plan to make it. But it is a little difficult for our developers to make it as now you could edit the text when you click it. We will work harder.

Another year and a half has elapsed, yet this rather basic feature has not been implemented, even though you said almost two years ago that it's on your development plan.

It seems as if your product development been drastically cut during the past two years. Why?

Hi @Yaki,

We'll make it possible in the new version to be released on Dec 31.
The development was slowed down because of the development of another product and the health problem of our product manager for Doit.im. But now our focus has been switched back to Doit.im.
