I'm a doit pro user and I'm having a problem with my data not syncing correctly. I use doit on my iPhone, my Windows desktop, and my Mac laptop. Today I realized that my phone and my Widows desktop hadn't updated with changes made on my Mac. I synced multiple times, but the data would not update. It appears that my mac has the same (correct) information as the web version.
I uninstalled the program on both my iPhone and my PC to resolve the issue. When I re-installed the app on my iPhone, the correct data came back. However, when I re-installed on my Windows desktop, the tasks are still incorrect. I have 4 overdue tasks today, which are visible on the web interface. However the Windows interface shows zero tasks.
I use this program many times throughout the day, so it's very important that it be correct. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hi,
I've tried downloading the Mac desktop client multiple times, and when I open the program, it's already logged in to my account, but it's completely out of sync. It says that sync was successful, but it shows 22 tasks as long overdue, even though they're all completed in the web version.

Do you mean you add tasks on android phone, but you cannot see the newly added task on your web version?
If so, maybe it is because the web version does not refresh automatically. That is, the newly added task on phone has been synced to server, but you may have to manually refresh your web page to see it.
Could you please try it?
I have tried it myself and found sometimes it would be like this, and after I refreshed the web page, I could see the new task.
