@Fajarowicz
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Could you please tell me that you want to send the context information to your collaborator or you want to keep it for yourself?
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team

The ultimate solution for me, would be that i send the context information to my collaborator, so he's informed about the context. He should be able to change the context.
The same goes for other information that's linked to the task, like project, schedule and Tags. I see that the link to a Project remains for myself, but is not send to my collaborator.

@Fajarowicz
Hi,
If we send the context to your collaborator,and he does not have this context, we need create a new context for this sending task in his account. It may be not a good thing for him.
Could you please tell me why you need the context for yourself when the task will be complete by your collaborator?
Best regards,

I agree that creating new contexts in my collaborators account isn't an ideal situation. A teamversion of DOIT.IM (where projects can be entirely shared) would be a better solution.
I send tasks to my collaborator for completion, but I still want to keep track of the progress of the sent tasks. When I click on the Projects view, i see the sent tasks grouped in the Waiting section. That works great because there I have a complete view of all the tasks in the project. I would like the same complete view when I use contexts to organize my tasks.

I noticed a view strange things collaborating with DOIT:
1. If my collaborator finishes a task, I receive a message, but the task is not finished in my account.
2. If my collaborator sends a task back, i see the task two times (in my sent section and in my inbox).
I understand the design of the above, but it feels a bit strange - not intuitive - to me.

@Fajarowicz
Hi,
Q:1. If my collaborator finishes a task, I receive a message, but the task is not finished in my account.
A: Do you select the check box "Auto-complete"? If you click on the"Auto-complete",then the task will go to the "Completed"box automatically when the receiver completes the task.
Q: 2. If my collaborator sends a task back, i see the task two times (in my sent section and in my inbox).
A: If your collaborator send the task back to you, it will be recognized as a new task. Do you mean that you want these two tasks to be merged?
Best regards,

Q.1: I did not know that. That works great! Thank you.
Q.2: I indeed want these two tasks to be merged. -

@wendy_only: You asked Fajarowicz: "Could you please tell me why you need the context for yourself when the task will be complete by your collaborator?". I always have a context for my Waiting For tasks. I set it such that I can see where I need to check whether I have received the things that I am waiting for. I put @People if I expect to have to ask them face to face or by phone. I put @Base if I expect it to be delivered to my office. I set it to @Info if I expect to get it in some other way, e.g. by email.
@Fajarowicz: Personally I would not share anything automatically from the app with a collaborator. This is because I want my tasks to be written for my own benefit and clarity etc. It is nobody's business how I view or categorize my work, what contexts and projects I have defined etc or even what tasks I have identified for collaborative projects. I would not want to have to phrase and organize and define everything such that it makes sense to others. When I want to make sense to others I prefer to write a separate message, or share selected parts of it in a "censored" way and an agreed format using a separate project collaboration tool or meeting minutes etc. -

@Folke: I agree that automatically creating contexts (or something else) could result in strange and chaotic situations. My first idea was indeed to just keep my own contexts linked to the tasks I sent to a collaborator.
