c. Within 30 days of purchasing a Doit.im Pro, if you dislike it, or want to cancel it, or for some other reasons, we will give you a full refund. Remember, only the Pro users who purchase a yearly subscription are allowed to apply for a refund, and once the money is refunded to you, you will no longer request a refund from the same Doit.im account. The exception is, if you have enjoyed a preferential purchase, including but not limited to discount, promotion and free Pro account, or your payment is on a monthly basis or made through App Store or Google Play, you could not be refunded. And, if it is a renewal when your previous Pro account has already expired, the renewal payment could not be refunded, either. If you would like to apply for a refund, please contact our support team at vip@snoworange.com and we will help you to finish the procedure.

I accidentally bought a one year pro membership multiple times, I only wanted to renew my membership for 1 year, but purchased two. Is there any way I can get a refund and only a 1 year subscription?
