@Docproc
Hi,
Sorry for this issue. We will check the error message. Could you please tell me where do you download the app?
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
This only happens on one of my machines, the other machine, and the web version, are fine.
Looking in console, there are many error messages of the form
DB Error: 11 "database disk image is malformed"
DB Query: insert into zexception (zexception, zresid, zrestype, ZNOTES) values (:zexception, :zresid, :zrestype, :ZNOTES)
I suspect that I may need to reset some configuration or clear some caches or something. Any suggestions?
I've attached the crash report.
Regards
Glenn.

I use the version of the app from your website, not the Mac App Store version.

@Docproc
Hi,
Please delete the cache file to have a try.
Route:
~/Library/Containers/com.snoworange.Doitim-Mac/Data/Library/"Application Support"/DoitimMac/

Thanks for the response, the app now starts without crashing, but all my data is gone and the UI is corrupted (see screenshot).
This is getting to be a real problem as I depend upon DoIt.im for my day to day work; is there a way to delete the app completely and re-sync from the cloud?
Regards
Glenn.

I went ahead and deleted the application and all of the associated files I could find (including the one mentioned in the Console error message), then reinstalled the app. All seems to be working now, crisis averted!
Thanks
Glenn.
